Welcome to Day 20 of the Learn the Ropes challenge!

Today, choose your favourite activity from the last couple of weeks and try to take it a step further. For example, invite a friend to join you on a walk in nature, or do a deep breathing exercise for a few minutes more! Whichever activity you choose, reflect on why it stood out to you. How did it help you connect with your state of mind?

Remember, this is your journey. Every day you take a step towards improved mental wellness, and you should be proud of the effort you are making to take care of yourself.
