Meet the Keynote Speakers
Lindsay Kay
Lindsay is a wife and mother, a lululemon Run Ambassador and the heart behind the Daily Slay Club. With an unwavering passion for movement and mental health, Lindsay empowers women to create sustainable, healthy lifestyles by fostering a supportive, encouraging community.
Her mission is deeply personal, inspired by her own struggles with postpartum depression. Through her work, Lindsay brings light to the profound connection between physical activity and mental wellbeing! She will share heartfelt stories, her personal journey and host interactive team-building activities (with prizes up for grabs!).
Tyrell Mara
Tyrell is the founder of The Human Performance Project and owner of the world-class optimal performance and recovery sanctuary, The Wellness Den, located here in Langley. He will be speaking at the end of the Expo on how to channel all the learnings from the day, identifying the tools and roadmap needed to recognize and embrace the “Deep End of Life” where we are pushed outside of our comfort zone and where we can achieve greater peak performance.
