“An anchoring is an understanding of the way you’re feeling in this moment, without judgement. To start this check-in with yourself, sit in a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths. Imagine a scale of 1-10, with one being very low energy, 10 being high energy, with lots of excitement and joy.
Where are you on this scale today? Be honest with yourself, acknowledging without judgement the factors that are contributing to your position on the scale. Anchoring yourself in this way allows you to understand where you currently exist and what’s possible for the future.”
